I have just applied for planning permission and out come the knives. Not least two neighbours who claim that they own land on which my driveway runs. I have evidence of the width but they are trying to use a very old deed which although within the deed it does not state the width of this "occupation road" but on a hand produced map it just happens to have written in a lesser figure. I have information from the local district council that the road 30 years ago was declared as being the width I have in my deed. Can anyone suggest how I can locate either aerial photos from 1950's to see if I can prove beyond all doubt.<br>
Many thanks.
